Property Description: Ocean Breeze Hideaway offers guests both ocean and countryside views. The clincher…it’s a 2 minute walk (literally) to a gorgeous and very secluded beach. The cottage was positioned for maximum privacy and southern exposure - allowing generous sunlight to stream through the large wall of windows in the living room. To the right and back of the cottage are the ocean views (from the living room fireplace windows, master, ensuite, both queen bedrooms, loft, entry and 2/3 of the deck). The cottage is air conditioned.
It is a 3 bedroom + private sleeping loft (4th sleeping area). The bedrooms have a king, queen, queen on the main level and 2 twins in the private loft. There are 2 baths - the ensuite to the king bedroom and a large main bath just outside both queen bedrooms. Everything is on the main floor with the exception of the loft area.
The cottage has a beautifully decorated open-concept living area with a wrap-around deck. The living room is spacious and bright with 17’ of windows across the entire front section, two large windows on either side of the fireplace, 6' patio doors and vaulted ceilings. The large comfortable sectional invites the entire family and the living room is completed with two additional chairs, propane fireplace, 55" flat screen smart TV and desk area. Just outside the master, two comfy chairs and a pouf ottoman make a relaxing reading or games area for adults & kids alike. From the desk side of the living room the patio doors lead you to the wrap-around deck, covered porch and BBQ area. The kitchen is open and bright with a huge window above the sink, open upper shelving, large island (with additional seating), loads of counter space, pantry closet, high-end appliances and plenty of room for multiple cooks. The dining area is furnished with a large farmhouse table & seating for 8 (bench and chairs).
The main entrance is large, bright and well organized – housing the laundry, entry bench, beach towels and lots of coat hooks. The bedrooms are bright with large windows and are decorated in a beachy coastal vibe. Each bedroom has its own TV (two in the loft – one for each kid, with headphones). The master has private access to a covered deck and the extended deck beyond. The loft area is super cute and comfy with twin mattresses, low side tables, reading lights, TV’s, headphones and a large window between both sleeping areas.
The ensuite has a full tub/shower, large vanity and big window. The main bath is sizeable with double sinks and a full tub/shower.
The exterior deck wraps the entire front and sides of the living room. There are 7' covered decks on each side and full sun decks otherwise. The main entrance deck provides a perfect setting to watch the sunsets. Ocean Breeze Hideaway also has an outdoor shower to wash off after the beach and a stone bonfire pit.
The cottage is complete with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, wifi, satellite, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, an outdoor shower, a BBQ, a picnic table for outdoor or messy dining and a bonfire pit.

Area: Miles and miles of
