Property Description: Seacliff is a charming (newly built 2024) oceanfront cottage on the north shore of beautiful Sea View, PEI. It is a 15 minute walk or a quick drive to a gorgeous uncrowded beach that stretches for miles.
The cottage sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms all on the main floor - 2 bedrooms have king beds, 1 has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has 4 single bunk beds. There are 2.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower.
Seacliff first invites guests into the spacious foyer which acts as the hub of the cottage - connecting the main living and sleeping areas from its center. Walk to the left for panoramic ocean views from the vaulted living, dining & kitchen areas with large window spans that bring the gorgeous outdoor art scapes indoors!
The kitchen is custom designed and most importantly offers stunning ocean views along the east coastline through large windows. It is well equipped for all your vacation culinary needs - including a large island with seating for 3, quality appliances, quartz countertops, ample prep and food storage space and air conditioning to cool the open-concept main living area. The dining space is opposite the kitchen - has beautiful ocean views and sunsets to the west and seats 8 comfortably around a harvest table.
The oceanfront living room is situated at the front of the cottage and offers guests a lovely view of the ocean, sunrises & sunsets. A very calming space! The comfy furniture, propane fireplace and smart TV over the mantle create a very cozy atmosphere for lounging with family, your favorite games or a holiday nap! Access to the huge west deck is also off the living room through large patio doors.
The bright bedrooms and 2.5 baths are all accessed from the foyer and are located on the south side of the cottage. The spacious master king bedroom has a full en-suite with shower and patio doors that lead to a private deck. The second king bedroom is also spacious with patio doors leading to the main west deck. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the bunk bedroom is a great kid space with cubby storage and hooks for clothing and a TV for fun movie nights, all to themselves! The second full bathroom has double vanities and a separate tub/shower, toilet area. A half bath and laundry space can be found in the foyer just off the kitchen.
The cottage is complete with an outdoor shower, propane BBQ and a bonfire pit. It has AC in the living, dining & kitchen areas and ceiling fans in the bedrooms (except not in the bunk bedroom). Amenities include full laundry, smart TV’s, wireless internet, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and a fully equipped kitchen.
